fcubic c300 layered manufacturing equipment

The fcubic c300 is an high accuracy, high speed ink jet manufacturing platform. It is design for fully automated production of parts. The specially developed raster card can be adjusted for different types of heads. For high productivity and speed, we use a linear motor with a linear encoder with a resolution down to 1 micron. The linear motor enables high g turn (+ 4g) and high shuttle speeds (+ 4m/s). The machine is controlled by a real time PLC and a master computer for the user interaction.
